These Gourmet cakes are homemade with fresh whole eggs, real butter, unbleached flour and fine brandy. The cake is moist, light and spicy in color, great tasting and full of fresh fruits and nuts. Shelf life varies from cake to cake, and ranges from three to eight months when stored in a cool environment. Cakes may be refrigerated or frozen to further extend shelf life.

Gift packs of 4 or 6 different flavored ½ lb cakes will be available for the holidays.
Specialty Cakes by the month is a 12 or 6-month collection sent out each month.
Great for gift giving all year round.

Maine Blueberry Glory Cake Loaded with blueberries, cranberries, coconut, almonds, bananas and pure orange oil and of course soaked in Brandy. The perfect red-white and blue accessory to any summer party.

Vermont Maple Walnut Cake This cake sings of New England. It's made with raisins, walnuts, apples, carrots and cranberries. It is baked in an incredible glaze made with Vermont maple syrup, butter, walnuts and soaked with Brandy. Leaves you with a warm a fuzzy feeling.

Tropical Gourmet Cake Our amazing, fruity version of pineapple upside-down cake. Made with rich, light fruits, raisins, mangoes, papayas, apricots, macadamia nuts and soaked in Rum. Perfect for those warm months. Refreshing lift.

Apricot Cranberry Cake Succulent moist cake loaded with apricots, coconut, almonds, cranberries and raisins soaked with Brandy. An Outstanding complimentary dessert.
